Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

1.1. The Donation Terms & Conditions define the rules for making donations to the Kosciol Zielonoswiatkowy Zbor “Betlejem” w Krakowie (Wodna 16, 30-556 Krakow, Poland), hereinafter referred to as the “Congregation”, through the Service (newbetlejem.com), through the payment operator Stripe.

1.2. The term “payment operator Stripe” shall be understood as Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.

1.3. These Donation Terms & Conditions are available at https://newbetlejem.com/terms-and-conditions.

1.4. The use of the Service implies acceptance of these Donation Terms & Conditions.

1.5. The term “Donation” refers to the transfer of funds to the Kosciol Zielonoswiatkowy Zbor “Betlejem” w Krakowie.

2. Terms and Conditions for Making Donations

2.1. Donations may be made by any adult natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit (hereinafter referred to as “Donors”).

2.2. Making a Donation is equivalent to entering into a donation agreement within the meaning of Article 888(1) of the Polish Civil Code.

2.3. Donations can be made by bank transfer to the bank account details provided on the Service’s website (https://www.newbetlejem.com) or through services offered by the payment operator Stripe. Stripe is responsible for the security of transactions (donations) made through the payment operator Stripe. Details regarding the operation of Stripe’s services are available at https://www.stripe.com.

2.4. Donations made are intended exclusively for activities related to the statutory purposes of the Kosciol Zielonoswiatkowy Zbor “Betlejem” w Krakowie.

2.5. The payment operator Stripe enables the transfer of donations through Stripe’s service. The use of Stripe’s services occurs after being redirected to the service operated by Stripe.

3. Personal Data Protection

3.1. The principles of processing personal data by the Kosciol Zielonoswiatkowy Zbor “Betlejem” w Krakowie are defined in the Privacy Policy available at https://newbetlejem.com/privacy-policy.

4. Complaint Procedure

4.1. Each Donor may file a complaint regarding the operation of the Service, including in particular the donation process.

4.2. A complaint should be submitted to the email address: biuro@betlejem.krakow.pl, with “Complaint” in the subject line, providing the reason and, if applicable, detailed transaction information. Each complaint will be considered individually within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. Kosciol Zielonoswiatkowy Zbor “Betlejem” w Krakowie reserves the right to change the Donation Terms & Conditions at any time. The change comes into effect on the date of its publication.

5.2. If any provision or provisions of these Donation Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid, unlawful, or ineffective, it shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

5.3. Matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of applicable law.
